Kampot Beef – Classic French Cambodian dish of sautéed beef in butter, garlic, green peppercorn, and Kampot black peppers with a splash of lemon. Rich, slightly saucy and peppery, but not spicy. Served with pak choi. £14.95
Koh Kong – Sautéed mixed seafood dish of king prawns, scallops, squid, and green shell mussels sautéed with lime leaves, house made sambal chili sauce, onions, peppers, green beans, baby corn, and spring onions. Gluten-free. £17.95
Saraman – North Cambodian braised beef and peanut curry, cooked for 3 hours with potatoes and carrots in a house made curry paste with cinnamon, star anise, cloves, garlic, and lemongrass. Mild but full of flavour. Gluten-free. £14.95
Ginger Tamarind Duck – Roasted duck breast sautéed with ginger, pepper, onions, basil, chillies and tamarind sauce. £14.95
Loc Lac – French Colonial dish of steak pieces caramelised in sweet soy and garlic. Cooked medium at an extremely high temperature to seal in the flavours. Served on top of fresh salad with black pepper lime sauce on the side for dipping. £14.95 (or try it Khmer style by adding a crispy fried egg for an extra £1.00)
Lamb Rendang – South-East Asian style tender lamb curry cooked for hours in lemongrass, toasted coconut and chilli. Medium spicy. Served with a fresh mango and mint salad. £14.95
Royal Amok – Cambodia’s national dish of fish curry cooked in a banana leaf, with coconut milk, lemongrass paste, and kaffir lime leaves. £13.95
Cambodian Kari – Your choice of duck, chicken, beef, prawns, tofu, seitan or mixed vegetables. A medium spicy Cambodian curry in a house-made curry paste of lemongrass and lime leaves, potatoes, green beans, bamboo shoot, coconut milk, basil and roasted peanuts. Served with jasmine rice, fries or (rice or egg) noodles. £13.95 (£2 extra for prawns)
Spicy Lemongrass Sauté – Your choice of beef, chicken, prawns, tofu, chickpeas or seitan in a Cambodian lemongrass paste sautéed with bell peppers, onions, chillies, sweet basil, and house roasted peanuts. Served spicy but made to order for your liking. Vegan option available. £13.60 (£2 extra for prawns)
General Lon Nol – Crispy tofu, cauliflower or seitan sautéed with garlic, ginger, cashews, peppers, and onions and glazed with a sweet and spicy sauce. Vegan. Tofu option is gluten-free. £13.95
Wings – 2 Crispy chicken wings with fries or rice, and sweet chilli sauce on the side. £5
Noodles – Stir fried wheat noodles with carrot, bell peppers, and a little stir fry sauce. With beef, chicken, or prawns. £5 (£6 with prawns)
Fried Rice – Stir fried rice with carrot, peas, and egg, and a little stir fry sauce for flavour. With beef, chicken, or veg. £5
